中國太保(601601.SH)：上海國資及其一致行動人的持股比例從7.23%增至9.32%
格隆匯 4 月 9日丨中國太保(601601.SH)公佈，公司於2021年4月9日收到股東上海國有資產經營有限公司(“上海國資”)的通知，上海國資及其一致行動人自2020年3月1日至2021年4月8日期間，因二級市場集中競價、以公司部分A股股票為標的發行的可交換公司債券發生換股、接受無償劃轉等因素綜合影響，截至2021年4月7日(即，無償劃轉完成過户前一交易日)，上海國資及其一致行動人對公司持股比例達到7.66%，合計較2020年2月29日持股比例增加0.43%；
2021年4月8日，完成無償劃轉過户後，上海國資及其一致行動人對公司持股比例達到9.32%，合計較2020年2月29日持股比例增加2.09%。
其中：(1)上海國資以公司部分A股股票為標的發行的“15國資EB”可交換公司債券發生換股，致使上海國資被動減持公司A股股份5780.9823萬股；此後，上海國資通過上海證券交易所交易系統增持公司A股股份3126.761萬股，因此，上海國資單體持股比例由2020年2月29日的6.05%變更為5.42%；
(2)上海國資控股股東上海國際集團有限公司(“上海國際集團”)通過上海證券交易所港股通交易系統增持公司H股股份107,461,800股；此後，經上海市國有資產監督管理委員會批覆，上海久事(集團)有限公司向上海國際集團無償劃轉公司A股股份1.6億股，並於2021年4月8日完成股份過户，因此，上海國際集團單體持股比例由2020年2月29日的0.76%變更為3.49%；
(3)上海國資一致行動人上海國際集團(香港)有限公司(“上海國際香港”)通過香港聯合交易所證券交易系統增持公司H股股份76.68萬股，因此，上海國際香港單體持股比例由2020年2月29日的0.06%變更為0.07%。
此次權益變動後，信息披露義務人上海國有資產經營有限公司(及其一致行動人)持有公司股份比例從7.23%增加至9.32%。
