中国太保(601601.SH)：上海国资及其一致行动人的持股比例从7.23%增至9.32%
格隆汇 4 月 9日丨中国太保(601601.SH)公布，公司于2021年4月9日收到股东上海国有资产经营有限公司(“上海国资”)的通知，上海国资及其一致行动人自2020年3月1日至2021年4月8日期间，因二级市场集中竞价、以公司部分A股股票为标的发行的可交换公司债券发生换股、接受无偿划转等因素综合影响，截至2021年4月7日(即，无偿划转完成过户前一交易日)，上海国资及其一致行动人对公司持股比例达到7.66%，合计较2020年2月29日持股比例增加0.43%；
2021年4月8日，完成无偿划转过户后，上海国资及其一致行动人对公司持股比例达到9.32%，合计较2020年2月29日持股比例增加2.09%。
其中：(1)上海国资以公司部分A股股票为标的发行的“15国资EB”可交换公司债券发生换股，致使上海国资被动减持公司A股股份5780.9823万股；此后，上海国资通过上海证券交易所交易系统增持公司A股股份3126.761万股，因此，上海国资单体持股比例由2020年2月29日的6.05%变更为5.42%；
(2)上海国资控股股东上海国际集团有限公司(“上海国际集团”)通过上海证券交易所港股通交易系统增持公司H股股份107,461,800股；此后，经上海市国有资产监督管理委员会批复，上海久事(集团)有限公司向上海国际集团无偿划转公司A股股份1.6亿股，并于2021年4月8日完成股份过户，因此，上海国际集团单体持股比例由2020年2月29日的0.76%变更为3.49%；
(3)上海国资一致行动人上海国际集团(香港)有限公司(“上海国际香港”)通过香港联合交易所证券交易系统增持公司H股股份76.68万股，因此，上海国际香港单体持股比例由2020年2月29日的0.06%变更为0.07%。
此次权益变动后，信息披露义务人上海国有资产经营有限公司(及其一致行动人)持有公司股份比例从7.23%增加至9.32%。
