格隆匯4月9日丨鼎龍股份(300054.SZ)披露2021年第一季度業績預吿,預計2021年1-3月實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤3200萬元-3800萬元,同比增長122.24%-163.91%;預計2021年1-3月實現歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤5000萬元-5600萬元,同比增長1513.89%-1707.56%。業績變動原因説明:
1、報吿期公司經營業績同比顯著增長主要系:通用打印耗材業務和鼎匯微電子CMP拋光墊業務均實現收入和利潤同比雙增長,以及新增珠海天硌納入合併報表範圍所致;
2、報吿期,鼎匯微電子首次實現扭虧為盈,淨利潤預計為1000萬元至1100萬元;
3、預計報吿期非經常性損益約為-1800萬元,主要系控股子公司鼎匯微電子實施員工持股涉及股權轉讓收益的所得税影響;去年同期非經常性損益金額為1130萬元。
