透視港股通丨無懼股東天量減持，內資搶籌騰訊

4月8日港股市場，北水淨流入47.29億，其中港股通(滬)淨流入22.42億港元，港股通(深)淨流入24.87億港元。
北水淨買入最多的個股是騰訊(00700)、中芯國際(00981)、華虹半導體(01347)。北水淨賣出最多的個股是中海油(00883)、中國移動(00941)、工商銀行(01398)。

個股點評
半導體板塊再獲北水資金追捧，中芯國際(00981)、華虹半導體(01347)分別獲淨買入9.26億、3.01億港元。消息面上，近期晶圓代工市況火熱，在中國臺灣地區老牌上市晶圓代工廠5月起新訂單報價再調升15%之際，傳出5月產出的晶圓也要採用新報價。由於5月產出的晶圓在今年1、2月就已經投片，當時投片價就已調漲約一成，如今IC設計廠取貨卻要再加價15%，等於同一批貨“被漲價兩次”，爲歷來首見。業內人士認爲，芯片供應商提供更高的價格以贏得晶圓代工廠更多產能支持將成爲一種新常態。機構預計供需失衡狀況將持續到2021年底或2022年初，相關晶圓代工廠、封測廠、設備及材料廠將受益。
騰訊(00700)獲淨買入50.65億港元。消息面上，騰訊公告，控股股東Prosus擬出售合共1.92億股股份，總代價1141.75億港元，佔已發行股份總數約2%。大和發表報告表示，騰訊遭大股東減持會令股價短期受壓，但同時認爲給予投資者買入機會，相信公司只要較早推出令人期待的遊戲，旗下網遊業務收入仍可有強勁表現。該行重申對騰訊“買入”評級及目標價870港元。
美團-W(03690)獲淨買入9692萬港元。消息面上，國泰君安發佈研報稱，社區團購本質是對傳統渠道的補充和替代，綜合考慮目前社區團購的生鮮以及其他相關商品的的規模，國泰君安預計社區團購的總規模約爲2.23-3.81萬億元。而美團作爲本地生活服務行業龍頭公司， 將在社區團購大戰中取得領先的市場份額。該行維持美團“增持”評級，目標價上調至450.7港元。
藥明生物(02269)獲淨買入9084萬港元。消息面上，藥明生物宣佈，已順利完成美國FDA針對其無錫生物藥原液及製劑生產基地(MFG1，MFG2，DP1)展開的GMP檢查，是集團第二次順利完成美國FDA的例行檢查和藥品上市批準前檢查。
中國飛鶴(06186)獲淨買入7947萬港元。消息面上，中國乳製品工業協會近期下發《關於堅決制止高價搶奶行爲的通知》，稱一些地區又出現了高價搶奶現象，要求各會員單位履行收奶合同，做到“不搶奶、不降質、不壓價、不擡價”。業內認爲，當前奶源緊張、乳製品需求旺盛，是“高價搶奶”背後的主要原因。
此外，中海油(00883)、中國移動(00941)、工商銀行(01398)分別遭淨賣出14.28億、4.09億、2.19億港元。
