鄭志剛:對本港樓市仍有信心 中高檔住宅市場需求強勁
新世界發展(00017)副主席兼行政總裁鄭志剛接受《彭博電視》訪問,表示對本港樓市仍有信心,認為中高檔住宅市場的需求強勁,對香港看法非常樂觀,指集團將與香港共同成長。
鄭志剛提到,正加快醫療保健和保險等領域的擴展,以發展更多內地業務,集團目標為於五至七年內非物業服務的收入比重可佔逾30%。截至去年12月底的六個月,保險及其他非物業投資約佔集團收入21%。
他又稱,集團正為內地保險牌照及建造一學校做準備,以於大灣區進行擴張。而新世界的目標是成為大灣區最大的香港開發商。自2016年以來,新世界已斥資逾300億元收購了大灣區150萬平方米的土地。
