新股配售 | 联易融一手中签率20%，公开认购98.46倍，国配14.83倍，有绿鞋，稳价人系高盛
uSMART盈立智投4月8日消息，联易融科技-W公布中签结果，并将于今日16:15-18:30进行暗盘交易。
【配售小结】
①新股市场仍处观望状态：即便有富达、贝莱德等明星机构作为基石投资者，联易融科技-W的申购人数约28万，公开认购98.46倍，距离新股火热时期，回落不少。
②国配14.83倍，货源集中：前25名承配人合共锁定67.45%的股份(假设超额配股权未获行使)，货源集中。
③有15%的绿鞋：国际发售超额分配67,931,500股发售股份，有绿鞋，稳价人系高盛。回拨后，联易融公开占比为28%（百融云的公开占比是50%，15%的绿鞋难兜)，散户占比较少，且国配货源集中，若国配大户不带头抛，散户的抛压较小。

1、发售价：17.58港元，为招股价区间(16.28-18.28港元)的中间偏上
2、一手市值：8790港元，每手500股
3、有效申购人数：279,784名(甲组：273,172名，乙组：6,612名）
4、中签情况：一手中签率20%，申购20手稳中1手，甲尾中6手，乙头中15手，顶头槌中474手
5、公开认购倍数：98.46倍(甲组：59.16倍，乙组:137.77倍）
6、国际发售：认购倍数约14.83倍，共有294名承配人，前25名承配人合共锁定67.45%的股份，货源集中
7、超额配股权：国际发售超额分配67,931,500股发售股份(合共占全球发售初步可供认购发售股份的约15%)，有绿鞋
8、稳定价格操作人：高盛
9、基石投资者(6名)：BlackRock基金、富达国际、Janus Henderson基金、安大略省教师、Sequoia基金、EDB Investments合共锁定35.6%的发行股份，禁售期6个月
