建溢集團(00638.HK)預計年度純利減少約36%
格隆匯4月8日丨建溢集團(00638.HK)公佈,公司預計截至2021年3月31日止年度將錄得全年溢利約1.06億港元,較上年度的純利約1.65億港元按年減少約36%。
純利減少主要是由於以下因素的綜合影響所致:(1)再無於2020財年所錄得出售集團香港物業的一次性收益合共約4,800萬港元;(2)人民幣兑港元於2021財年下半年顯著升值,以及電器及電子產品分類的主要客户於2021財年的採購訂單減少,導致製造業務分類的經營溢利減少,其足以抵消其他收入的增長;及(3)公司於中國貴州省獨山縣首個房地產發展項目(劍橋皇家)於2021財年錄得公平值變動產生的減值虧損約2,100萬港元,而上述項目於2020財年錄得的減值虧損約為23萬港元。
