《新股消息》內地房產交易平台安居客遞主板上市申請
內地線上房產交易平台安居客已提交主板上市申請,聯席保薦人為美銀、中金公司及瑞信。
據初步招股文件顯示,公司透過「安居客」及「58房產」品牌提供新房及二手房在線營銷服務,截至2020年12月31日止付費經紀人數量達72.6萬,去年末季平均移動月活躍用戶量為6,700萬。安居客去年度錄得利潤19.54億元人民幣,按年跌15.2%。按非國際財務報告準則,經調整利潤21.04億元人民幣,按年跌19.8%。
安居客的大股東58同城已於去年9月自紐交所退市,目前持有公司上市前股份約45.3%,主席姚勁波持股13.5%,騰訊(00700.HK)於上市前持股14.1%,華平投資持股7.9%。另外,雅居樂(03383.HK)旗下Great Dawn Investments及碧桂園(02007.HK)旗下BEAM MERIT同為上市前投資者。
