發改委要求按照冬季最高產量組織煤礦生產 不准跟風漲價
國家發改委召集能源局煤炭司,國鐵集團貨運部,各央企電力集團,神華,中煤,秦皇島港,以及建材、鋼鐵、化工、煤炭和電力協會開會。電力企業均表示,今年首季度進廠煤價超高(平均760元/噸以上),目前庫存低、日耗高(3月底可用天數不足7天),4—5月份急需為夏季備煤,建議建立穩定的進口煤配額制度。
國家發改委相關人士對下一步工作作出指示,要求增產增供,按冬季最高產量組織煤礦生產,給各煤礦設定指標。穩定煤價,發揮長協壓艙石作用,不准跟風漲價。把握進口煤節奏,服務於國內經濟。組織好煤炭運輸。
