《新股消息》携程(09961.HK)今日起招股 入场费16,817.78元
内地线上旅游平台携程(09961.HK)公布来港第二上市详情,计划发售3,163.56万股股份,当中7%在港公开发售,每股最高发售价为333元,每手50股,入场费约16,817.78元,由今日(8日)至下周二(13日)公开招股,预计将於4月19日上市。摩根大通、中金及高盛为联席保荐人。
以携程美股昨收报38.81美元计,折合约302.11港元,即是招股价上限较美股溢价约10%。
公司旗下拥有四大在线旅游平台,分别为携程、去哪儿、Trip.com及Skyscanner。截至今年2月底止,百度(09888.HK)持有11.5%股权为公司第一大股东,创办人梁建章、沈南鹏等多位董事及管理层合共持有约6.7%股权,腾讯(00700.HK)大股东Naspers持股约5.5%。
公司预计,集资净额为104亿元,当中约45%用於为拓展集团一站式旅行服务及改善用户体验提供资金;45%用於对技术进行投资以巩固集团在产品及服务领域的领先市场地位并提高经营效率;余下10%用於一般公司用途。
