格隆匯 4 月 7日丨初靈信息(300250.SZ)公佈，預計2021年第一季度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤200萬元-300萬元，上年同期虧損1024.57萬元。
上年同期受新冠病毒疫情影響，公司及上下游企業復工延遲，本報吿期國內新冠疫情基本得以控制，公司的訂單和項目交付等恢復正常水平，報吿期內積極聚焦大數據接入、運營商大數據應用、視頻大數據應用、商業智能大數據應用四大業務板塊，總收入實現增長。公司未來堅持在運營商數據應用的主賽道上，加強四大業務板塊的交叉融合，創新提出具有競爭優勢的解決方案，為客户實現數據接入、數據採集、數據算法、視頻數據算法、數據安全的整體DICT解決方案，以貼近企業用户需求，樹立技術領先地位，提升市場佔有率。主要體現在：
數據接入業務板塊，報吿期內與中國移動通信集團終端有限公司簽署融合企業網關框架合同，中國移動小型化PTN管控一體OMC系統集中採購項目、五個省級公司的IMS接入設備採購項目已陸續中標，後續將繼續圍繞現有的政企網關、無源/半有源波分設備、Mesh網關、SD-WAN、小型化PTN、電信U設備等產品拓展，同時還將配合運營商推出DICT綜合解決方案，目前已形成園區、酒店、沿街商鋪ICT方案，以保持數據接入業務收入較快增長。
運營商大數據應用業務板塊，隨着軟硬件解耦趨勢催生行業應用和數據安全等價值市場，子公司博瑞得保持4G DPI擴容業務，在向運營商行業大數據應用穩定發展的同時，拓展行業應用和安全領域：行業應用領域，公司已有四川地市的政務決策分析系統、重慶北碚區智慧園區等多個智慧城市、智慧園區類項目正在交付中；安全領域主要為信息化系統提供全流程的安全應用、服務和商密改造解決方案，已有中國聯通集團的網絡安全態勢感知系統、中國電信物聯網安全管理平台等項目正在交付中。目前博瑞得已獲得2021年重慶市政府大數據產業發展試點示範項目推薦，正組織測試中國電信集團5G移動互聯網惡意程序監控系統。公司將繼續大力向數據應用及服務側拓展，持續增強數據應用整體解決方案能力，提升客户粘性。
視頻大數據應用板塊，報吿期內子公司視達科積極開拓運營商市場，一季度陸續中標移動杭研院大屏駐地運營支撐項目、聯通視頻科技有限公司TV視頻業務技術支撐項目等，後續將繼續聚焦運營商市場，精減產品線，以CDN、軟終端、用户經營服務等具有核心競爭力的解決方案，助力運營商和新媒體客户在視頻業務上實現降本增效、促活增收，同時通過內部研發資源調整及統一營銷隊伍的整合，來實現止損及轉盈。
預計公司2021年第一季度非經常性損益對淨利潤的影響金額約為125萬元。
