格隆匯 4 月 6日丨*ST大港(002077.SZ)公佈,公司近日接到公司控股股東江蘇瀚瑞投資控股有限公司(“瀚瑞控股”)函吿,獲悉其持有公司的部分股份被司法凍結,此次涉及股份數量917.2662萬股。
根據瀚瑞控股的函吿,此次股份凍結系因瀚瑞控股子公司鎮江新區城市建設投資有限公司(“新區城投”)與西藏金融租賃有限公司(“債權方”)融資租賃事項涉及債權方對部分債權的處理而引起的訴訟糾紛,瀚瑞控股為上述融資租賃事項的保證人,其持有的上述股份被司法凍結。
