海思科(002653.SZ)：注射用甲潑尼龍琥珀酸鈉通過仿製藥一致性評價
格隆匯 4 月 6日丨海思科(002653.SZ)公佈，公司全資子公司遼寧海思科製藥有限公司於近日收到國家藥品監督管理局下發的《藥品補充申請批准通知書》。
藥品名稱：注射用甲潑尼龍琥珀酸鈉；規格：40mg(按C22H30O5計)、125mg(按C22H30O5計)；藥品批准文號：國藥準字H20133234、國藥準字H20133233;
審評結論：根據《中華人民共和國藥品管理法》、《國務院關於改革藥品醫療器械審評審批制度的意見》(國發[2015]44號)、《關於仿製藥質量和療效一致性評價工作有關事項的公吿》(2017年第100號)和《國家藥監局關於開展化學藥品注射劑仿製藥質量和療效一致性評價工作的公吿》(2020年第62號)的規定，經審查，本品通過仿製藥質量和療效一致性評價。
公司開發的仿製藥產品注射用甲潑尼龍琥珀酸鈉，於2013年7月取得國家藥品監督管理局頒發的藥品註冊批件(批件號：2013S00663、2013S00662)。2019年7月公司向國家藥品監督管理局藥品審評中心提交一致性評價補充申請並獲受理。2021年4月，該產品正式通過仿製藥一致性評價。
琥珀酸甲潑尼龍作為中效糖皮質激素，具有很強的抗炎、抗過敏、抗休克、免疫抑制等作用，在臨牀用於危重病人的急性期和危重期，以及急救後的維持治療，廣泛應用於：呼吸道疾病、內分泌失調、風濕性疾病、膠原性疾病、過敏反應、神經系統疾病、胃腸道疾病、皮膚病、臟器移植後的排異反應等，特別適用於需要作用強、起效快的急速治療的疾病狀態。嚴重惡化和對常規治療(如：非甾體類抗炎藥、金鹽及青黴胺)無反應的疾病可用衝擊療法。
臨牀還常將甲潑尼龍與其他藥物協同應用，與其它止吐藥物如滅吐靈、丁酚胺類藥物聯合使用，預防腫瘤化療引起的噁心嘔吐；與抗結核化療法聯合，治療暴發性或擴散型肺結核及伴有蛛網膜下腔阻塞或趨於阻塞的結核性腦膜炎；與烷化劑、抗代謝藥物、長春花鹼類藥物聯合用於抗腫瘤，如白血病和淋巴瘤。
在對包括嬰兒、小兒、成人和老年人在內的許多研究中均證實了它的安全性和效能。因其起效快速，使用可預期掌握又方便，可控性強和極小的副作用，故琥珀酸甲潑尼龍作為一種安全有效、作用迅速、副作用輕微的中效糖皮質激素，較以前的糖皮質激素藥物有明顯的優勢。
經查詢，注射用甲潑尼龍琥珀酸鈉於1999年在中國獲批進口上市，截止目前，注射用甲潑尼龍琥珀酸鈉現有七家國內企業和兩家進口企業的產品獲批上市，我公司為注射用甲潑尼龍琥珀酸鈉通過仿製藥一致性評價的首家企業。
據米內網數據顯示，注射用甲潑尼龍琥珀酸鈉2019年在城市公立及縣級公立醫院2019年銷售額超過21億元，2020年上半年銷售額約7.6億元。
