泛海控股(000046.SZ)：武漢公司收到收到執行通知書與執行裁定書
格隆匯 4 月 2日丨泛海控股(000046.SZ)公佈，2021年4月2日，公司控股子公司武漢中央商務區股份有限公司(“武漢公司”)收到湖北省武漢市中級人民法院送達的(2021)鄂01執786號《執行通知書》和《執行裁定書》。
2019年4月，武漢公司向山東高速環球融資租賃有限公司(“山東高速”)申請融資20億元(具體詳見公司2019年4月30日披露的相關公吿)。截至目前，上述融資尚未清償完畢。
《執行通知書》和《執行裁定書》主要內容：
申請執行人：煙台山高弘灝投資中心(有限合夥)
被執行人：武漢中央商務區股份有限公司
煙台山高弘灝投資中心(有限合夥)(原債權人山東高速環球融資租賃有限公司)與武漢中央商務區股份有限公司合同糾紛案，申請執行人煙台山高弘灝投資中心(有限合夥)向湖北省武漢市中級人民法院申請強制執行。
《執行通知書》主要內容：
依照《中華人民共和國民事訴訟法》第二百四十條、第二百五十三條、《最高人民法院關於適用＜中華人民共和國民事訴訟法＞的解釋》第四百八十二條的規定，現責令武漢中央商務區股份有限公司自本通知書送達後即履行下列義務：(一)履行山東省濟南市齊魯公證處作出的(2020)魯濟南齊魯證執字第11號公證債權文書所確定的各項義務；(二)承擔本案執行費用。
《執行裁定書》主要內容：
依照《中華人民共和國民事訴訟法》第二百四十二條、《最高人民法院關於適用＜中華人民共和國民事訴訟法＞的解釋》第四百八十七條的規定，裁定如下：(一)查封被執行人武漢中央商務區股份有限公司名下位於武漢市江漢區王家墩地區原空軍漢口機場內的不動產(證號：鄂(2018)武漢市江漢不動產權第0025928號)；(二)查封被執行人武漢中央商務區股份有限公司名下位於武漢市江漢區王家墩地區原空軍漢口機場內的不動產(證號：鄂(2018)武漢市江漢不動產權第0024811號)；(三)凍結被執行人武漢中央商務區股份有限公司名下持有的瀋陽泛海建設投資有限公司100%的股權及其派生的權益；(四)查封、凍結期限為三年。
雙方對該項目履行存在一定爭議，公司將按照相關法律程序應對處理，同時積極與山東高速溝通協商處理方案。鑑於本次事項正在進行過程中，目前無法估計其對公司的最終影響。
