奧飛數據(300738.SZ)一季度淨利潤預降52.44%-56.65%
格隆匯 4 月 2日丨奧飛數據(300738.SZ)公佈，預計2021年第一季度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2780萬元-3050萬元，同比下降52.44%-56.65%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤4290萬元-4570萬元，同比上升95.43%-108.19%。業績變動原因如下：
1、在報吿期內，公司繼續深入執行既定的發行戰略和經營思路，積極開拓市場，挖掘客户需求，2019年、2020年交付的數據中心業務開展順利，數據中心整體上架率持續提升，主營業務收入、淨利潤、EBITDA同步提升，預計營業收入約3億元，同比增加超過70%，扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤為4290萬元-4570萬元，增長達到95.43% -108.19%，主營業務EBITDA(扣非後息税折舊攤銷前利潤)約1.08億元-1.12億元，同比增長74.61%-81.08%。
2、主營業務淨利潤(扣非淨利潤)同比大幅增長而歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤同比下降系公司間接持有的科創板公司紫晶存儲股票價格波動導致季度非經常性損益大幅波動所致。2021年第一季度紫晶存儲股票投資收益為-1538.03萬元(此處投資收益是根據紫晶存儲2021年3月31日的收盤價與2020年12月31日的收盤價差額計算，反映的僅是公允價值的變動值，實際上公司持有的紫晶存儲股票仍給公司帶來盈利)，而2020年第一季度該項投資收益為4192.34萬元，該項差額達到了5730.37萬元，這導致公司2021年第一季度扣非前的淨利潤同比下降。由於二級市場股價波動較大，公司也已在定期報吿中對該部分投資收益進行了解釋與風險提示；同時該部分投資收益屬於非經常性損益，與公司日常經營無關。
報吿期內，預計非經常性損益對公司淨利潤的影響金額約-1516萬元，去年同期為4218.48萬元，主要為公司間接持有的紫晶存儲按公允價值計算帶來的投資收益變動。
