南都電源(300068.SZ)業績快報：2020年度淨虧損2.79億元
格隆匯 4 月 2日丨南都電源(300068.SZ)發佈2020年度業績快報暨業績修正公吿，實現營業總收入105.52億元，同比增長17.13%；利潤總額-4億元，上年度則為2.41億元；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤-2.79億元，上年度則為3.69億元；扣除非經常性損益後歸屬於母公司淨利潤-7.77億元，上年度則為9857.80萬元；基本每股虧損0.32元。
值得注意的是，公司於2021年1月30日披露的《2020年度業績預吿》中，預計2020年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為2.5億元至3.4億元。此次業績快報披露的2020年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤-27928.20萬元。與2020年業績預吿存在重大差異，主要原因為：
1、儲能電站相關固定資產減值準備計提的影響
受疫情影響，2020年公司現有儲能電站運行波動較大，2021年春節後，由於公司部分電站用户出現嚴重消納不足，公司和會計師作為2020年度期後事項，立即共同對現有用户側儲能電站進行了盤點和運營收益評估；用户企業經營狀況不穩定，電站放電量消納不足，導致部分電站運行收益不達預期。出於謹慎性原則，針對該部分電站按照收益法測算方式進行固定資產減值測試，共計提固定資產減值準備約2億元。
2、2020年新收入準則的實施對收入確認方式的影響
2020年新收入準則開始實施，針對公司有關業務收入確認，公司財務人員按照一慣性的收入確認原則，對數據中心和儲能項目按照產品發貨進行確認收入。但隨着年審工作的深入開展，會計師經逐項識別合同訂單條款，認為新收入準則應當按照項目總體驗收時點進行確認收入，不能單純作為產品收入進行核算。因受疫情影響，公司數據中心和儲能項目主要集中在2020年下半年發貨，部分重大項目在2020年末未實現驗收，因此會計師認為不能確認營業收入。該類收入相應影響利潤1億元左右。
3、長期股權投資減值準備計提及投資損失超預期的影響
北京智行鴻遠汽車有限公司主要產品為電動汽車動力系統電池包、整車控制器VCU、電池管理系統BMS、車聯網終端RMU等，受國家對新能源汽車的產業政策的調整，導致該公司的應收賬款未能及時收回，部分應收賬款發生訴訟情況。公司基於謹慎性原則，進一步計提對該公司的長期股權投資減值準備和投資損失約1億元。
4、存貨跌價準備的影響
因財務人員在業績預吿時對專項減值預估不充分，隨着年度審計工作的開展，公司結合近年來的經濟環境、客户狀況、業務方向以及長期經營規劃等因素綜合考慮，本着謹慎性原則，對存貨等資產重新進行了減值測試，預計對本期淨利潤影響7000萬元左右。
5、計提售後服務費的影響
針對民用鋰電、數據中心等新任務，基於謹慎性原則，計提一定的售後服務費用。
