山東國信(01697.HK)全年純利達6.28億元，聚焦主業強基提質，加快推動轉型創新
2021年3月31日，山東國信(01697.HK)公佈截至2020年12月31日止年度業績，2020年，集團實現經營收入人民幣23.06億元，同比上升22.2%；歸屬公司股東的淨利潤人民幣6.28億元，同比下降5.4%，基本每股收益為人民幣0.13元。
集團業務可劃分為信託業務和固有業務。2020年，實現信託業務分部收入人民幣11.55億元，佔收入總額的43.2%，較2019年增長11.08%；實現固有業務分部收入人民幣15.19億元，佔收入總額的56.8%，較2019年增長56.6%。
期內，業績輕微下滑的主要原因是手續費及佣金收入、利息收入、投資收益、處置聯營企業的淨收益及分佔以權益法計量的投資的利潤同比增加，部份被以公允價值計量且其變動計入當期損益的金融資產及以公允價值計量的於聯營企業的投資的公允價值變動淨額同比減少和利息支出、金融資產減值損失同比增加所抵銷。
公司擬在2021年重點開展下列工作。聚焦主業強基提質，加快業務轉型，提升協同效能。堅持固有業務和信託業務”雙輪驅動、協同提升”發展戰略。一是加快信託業務轉型步伐，穩步提升專業投資能力和資產配置水平，積極構建融資與投資並重、非標與標品並舉的高質量發展新格局。二是優化組織架構，整合內部優勢資源搭建以”大類資產配置”為核心的投研體系、風控體系，全面提升標準化產品研發能力和資產配置能力。三是加快基於賬户管理的家族信託、財富管理、慈善信託等服務類信託業務發展，積極迴歸信託本源，深化財富管理轉型。四是持續提升固有業務運作質效。進一步提升固有與信託業務協同效能，加大創投項目拓展力度，持續優化金融股權投資佈局。五是深入踐行金融國企使命，全力服務區域經濟社會發展。深入挖潛區域業務資源，有效擴大金融供給，持續提升公司在區域發展的首位度和市佔率。
進一步完善網點佈局和團隊組建，着力構建更有活力的營銷體系。繼續增設營銷網點，擇機擴展市場化營銷團隊，加強機構理財團隊建設和機構業務拓展力度，儘快完善差異化的銷售考核激勵制度，積極構建以客户為中心、以市場為導向、更有活力的營銷體系。通過”線上+線下”雙輪驅動，大力發展自主營銷，線上打造客户自助一站式服務平台，線下打造客户體驗優的”有温度”的物理網點，積極引導客户投資淨值型產品，有序推進產品系列化和財富管理品牌化建設。
強化科技賦能，提升信息科技支撐引領能力。堅持業務導向和需求導向，以智慧信託為引領，加強信息科技建設。加快推進智能風控系統建設，搭建高效、可靠的風險管理數據平台，全面提升公司風險預判、風險管理和風險處置能力。完成山東國信APP2.0版本升級，推出人機雙錄、線上路演等新功能，提升用户體驗。推動業務管理系統優化升級，加快標品業務管理系統開發，依託金融科技提高服務效率，降低運營成本，有效提升產品和服務的競爭力，為公司轉型發展提供強大支撐。
