港股異動 | 力高集團(1622.HK)升超7% 去年合約銷售額、銷售面積逆勢大增
格隆匯4月1日丨力高集團(1622.HK)持續反彈上漲,現報2.86港元,漲7.12%,總市值超100億港元。力高集團日前公佈2020年業績,年報數據顯示,力高集團合同銷售數據再創新高,合約銷售金額達409.75億元,合約銷售建築面積約為475.62萬平方米,同比分別增長49.5%及83.8%,超額完成2020年年度銷售目標。並且,力高近5年銷售金額複合增速達58.81%,在克而瑞研究中心發佈的中國房地產企業銷售排名穩步上升,首次進入TOP80。
