格隆匯 4 月 1日丨永耀集團控股(08022.HK)公佈截至2020年12月31日止年度的未經審核全年業績,年內,集團錄得收益同比增長20.9%至約415.5萬港元。年內股東應占集團虧損同比收窄23%至約7110.3萬港元。有關虧損減少主要歸因於無形資產—公墓經營權的減值虧損約2381.4萬港元;於一間聯營公司的權益的減值虧損增加1470.1萬港元;及錄得投資物業的公平值變動虧損約1294.6萬港元。
