美国抵押贷款银行协会(MBA)公布,经季节调整後,截至3月26日止当周,美国按揭贷款申请指数按周连降四周,但按周降幅收窄至2.2%(前值降2.5%),报730.8。期内,再融资活动指数连降四周,但按周降幅再度收窄至2.5%(前值降5.1%),报3,242.1;购屋抵押贷款指数终止连升四周,按周转降1.5%(前值升2.6%),报297.3。至於30年期固定息率按揭抵押贷款利率终止连升七周,按周转降3点子(前值升8点子),报3.33%。
