深圳税务局夥腾讯(00700.HK)推进区块链电子发票国际标准获批发布
深圳市税务局和腾讯(00700.HK)主导推进的 《基於区块链技术的电子发票应用推荐规程》国际标准正式通过IEEE-SA(电子电气工程师协会标准协会)确认发布,成为全球首个基於区块链的电子发票应用的国际标准。
据悉,该标准定义了基於区块链的电子发票应用参考框架,提出技术和安全要求,并给出典型的应用场景描述,有助於促进区块链电子发票应用的全球共识与推广,引导全球区块链电子发票应用的高质量发展。(ta/w) ~
