北方矿业(00433.HK)延发去年业绩 明起停牌
北方矿业(00433.HK)公布,经与公司核数师沟通後,公司知悉目前核数师尚未完成审核本公司截至去年12月31日止年度的综合财务报表的所有审核程序。因此,公司未能根据上市规则之规定於今日(31日)前刊发去年度业绩。董事会确认延迟刊发去年业绩与上市规则不符。
公司指,将尽最大努力尽快刊发去年业绩及向公司股东寄发去年年报。经与核数师进一步沟通後,预期去年业绩将於今年4月23日或之前刊发。
应公司要求,公司股份将自明日(1日)起於联交所暂停买卖,以待刊发去年业绩。
