中国重汽(03808.HK)向控股股东收购微型卡车业务 涉资2.45亿人币
中国重汽(03808.HK)公布,旗下附属济南商用车与控股股东中国重汽订立股权转让协议,济南商用车将向中国重汽收购重汽(威海)商用车之全部股权,代价为2.45亿元人民币。
董事会认为,收购事项将可令集团透过向集团产品组合增加目标的微型卡车产品拓宽其产品种类,此举符合公司进军微型卡车细分市场、把握商用车市场不断涌现的市场机会的计划,及进一步完善集团的全系列商用车产品组合。
