雲南水務(06839.HK)公佈年度業績 收益增加28.4% 水務項目日處理量達643.4萬噸
格隆匯3月31日丨雲南水務(06839.HK)公佈，截至2020年12月31日止年度，公司收益約為人民幣83.97億元，同比增加約28.4%，其中污水處理的收益由上年度的約人民幣29.78億元大幅增長至報吿期約人民幣52.9億元；毛利20.96億元，同比增長14.4%；年度溢利達人民幣3.41億元，末期股息每股人民幣0.06元。
截至2020年12月31日，集團水務相關項目（包含以下污水處理項目、供水項目及其他業務分部中的所有水務處理相關項目）的日處理總量約為6,433,600噸。集團固廢處理相關項目（包含以下固廢處理項目及其他業務分部中的所有固廢處理相關項目）的年處理總量約為4,045,500噸。
公吿顯示，截至2020年12月31日，集團特許經營污水項目共128個，包括7個BOO項目、69個BOT項目、2個TOO項目、20個TOT項目、2個ROT項目及28個市政環境綜合治理項目，日處理總量約為3,568,800噸，與上年度同比減少1個TOT項目，新增5個市政環境綜合治理項目，日污水處理量增加約188,400噸，增長率約為5.6%。
截至2020年12月31日，集團擁有68個日處理總量約2,480,100噸的供水特許經營項目，其中包括15個BOO項目、36個BOT項目、11個TOT項目及6個市政環境綜合治理項目，與截至2019年12月31日同比新增1個BOT項目，1個市政環境綜合治理項目，日處理總量增加約35,000噸，增長率約為1.4%。
此外，截至2020年12月31日，集團擁有23個固廢處理項目，年處理總量為4,045,500噸，其中年處理量為1,169,400噸的8個項目已經投入商業運營，年處理量為2,876,100噸的15個項目正在建設（包括3個年處理量約1,119,800噸的市政環境綜合治理項目，市政環境綜合治理項目較2019年12月31日減少1個，原因是該項目模式轉變為BOT）。與2019年12月31日相比，新增2個在建的固廢處理項目，年處理總量增加474,500噸。於報吿期內，本集團的實際固廢處理利用率約為80.4%。
截至2020年12月31日，集團在建設及╱或已完工的BT項目共11個，其中10個BT項目的收入於報吿期內確認為收益。於報吿期內，集團EPC項目共13個，較2019年12月31日增加2個EPC項目。
公司表示，2021年，集團在繼續鞏固現有項目建設進度及運營管理水準的基礎上，將加強股權類融資力度，降低金融性財務槓桿，重點關注固廢綜合處置、污泥處置和農村環境綜合整治等方面的市場機遇，進一步提升盈利質量。
