匯量科技(01860.HK)公佈年度業績 Mintgral業務收入大增105.4%
格隆匯3月31日丨匯量科技(01860.HK)發佈公吿，截至2020年12月31日止年度，公司營業收入同比增長3.2%至5.16億美元，其中Mintgral業務收入同比上升105.4%至3.06億美元
報吿期內，集團加速向以Mintegral平台為核心的程序化業務轉型，主動收縮並將逐漸退出Nativex平台中的媒體代理業務及部分非程序化廣吿業務。同時，受益於集團轉型戰略、Mintegral平台的規模效應和平台效應逐漸增強等因素，該平台的客户留存率繼續維持較高水平，來自留存客户的平均收入提升較快，且新增客户數量進一步增長，共同使得Mintegral平台收入同比大幅增長。
流量方面，報吿期末，Mintegral平台流量開發者數量達到5,071，較2020年上半年增長21.5%，留存率達78.0%（2020年上半年度：91.6%），該下降系事件造成的短期影響；同時，觸達移動流量39,000餘個，較2020年上半年增長18.2%。
報吿期內，GA整體實現收入13.1萬美元。此外，GA及其擴展的SaaS工具和服務產品系列在美國iOS排名前100款遊戲中的平均市場份額超過40%，達到了一個新的高峯。平台覆蓋度方面，GA的合作遊戲工作室數量為6,500，同比上升36%，合作遊戲開發者數量為95,000，環比2020H1上升18.75%，覆蓋的活躍遊戲數量為97,500，覆蓋的月度活躍玩家(MAU)數量為19.4億，覆蓋的總體遊戲玩家數上升30%。GA數據的廣泛覆蓋與高顆粒度使得其數據分析服務深受遊戲開發者的信任和依賴。
公司表示，公司將推出以下戰略舉措包括：1.廣吿技術業務向以Mintegral為核心的程序化廣吿業務轉型；2.堅持研發投入和產品創新，打造SaaS工具生態；3.堅持全球化戰略；4.堅持拓展全球優質流量資源；5.戰略收購以加快SaaS工具矩陣生態系統的搭建；6.堅持數據和隱私保護。
