華邦健康(002004.SZ):擬在北金所申請發行不超10億債權融資計劃
格隆匯 3 月 31日丨華邦健康(002004.SZ)公佈,2021年3月30日,公司第七屆董事會第二十一次會議審議通過了《關於擬向北京金融資產交易所有限公司申請備案發行債權融資計劃的議案》。為進一步拓寬公司融資渠道,優化融資結構,降低融資成本,增強公司資金管理的靈活性,公司擬在北京金融資產交易所(“北金所”)申請發行不超過10億元人民幣(含10億人民幣)的債權融資計劃。
此次申請備案發行的債權融資計劃募集資金按照相關法規及監管部門要求使用(包括但不限於補充流動資金及償還債務等)。
