格隆匯 3 月 31日丨威海銀行(09677.HK)發佈截至2020年12月31日止年度的年度業績公吿，報吿期內，本行實現營業收入人民幣60.34億元，較2019年增加人民幣10.87億元，增長21.97%；税前利潤人民幣19.51億元，較2019年增加人民幣1.38億元，增長7.59%；淨利潤人民幣16.48億元，較2019年增加人民幣1.25億元，增長8.17%，主要由於公司和零售銀行業務持續發展，利息淨收入和手續費及佣金淨收入同比增加。董事會建議向權益分派股權登記日登記在冊的普通股股東每100股派發現金股息人民幣10元(含税)。
報吿期內，面對疫情衝擊和複雜的經濟形勢，本行始終堅持“穩中求進”的工作總基調，按照“轉型兩端化，管理精準化，營銷平台化，風控技能化，服務網絡化”的“五化”工作思路，圍繞年度工作目標，緊盯政策環境變化，激發改革內生動力，積極應對壓力挑戰，努力搶抓發展機遇，順利完成了各項目標任務，保持了持續穩健高質量發展態勢。
規模大幅增長。資產總額達到人民幣2,676.02億元，較2019年末增加人民幣429.66億元；各項存款餘額較2019年末增加人民幣352.80億元；各項貸款餘額較2019年末增加人民幣278.42億元，主要經營指標均創歷史最好增長水平。
質量保持穩定。本行不良貸款比例為1.47%，較2019年末下降0.33個百分點，經受住了複雜形勢的挑戰和考驗；資本充足率達到15%以上，撥備覆蓋率為173.39%，各項監管指標持續全面達標並向好改善，發展更加科學穩健。
上市圓滿成功。2020年10月12日，在香港交易所主板成功上市，募集資金淨額32.77億港元，全部用於補充本行核心一級資本，進一步提升資本實力，支持業務持續增長。
服務精準有效。深入踐行金融企業的初心和使命，持續優化金融服務供給，加大對戰略性新興產業、高端裝備製造業、民生事業等實體經濟的信貸投放力度，有效降低小微企業融資門檻，持續提高信貸可獲得性。
