中芯國際(00981.HK)2020業績：營收破39億美元，淨利增逾2倍，毛利率升至23.6%
格隆匯 3 月 31日丨中芯國際(00981.HK)公佈年度業績，截至2020年12月31日止年度，公司營業收入為39.07億美元，同比增長25.40%；毛利為9.21億美元，同比增長43.34%，毛利率升至23.6%；息税折舊及攤銷前利潤為21.23億美元，同比增長54.59%；公司擁有人應占利潤為7.16億美元，同比增長204.90%；基本每股盈利為0.11美元。
其中，第四季度收入為9.81億美元，歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為2.57億美元。
2020年度，晶圓代工業務營收為34.75億美元，佔2020年總收入的88.9%，收入同比增長19.9%；光掩模製造、測試及其他配套技術服務收入總和為4.33億美元，佔總收入的11.1%，收入同比增長97.7%。
按地區計算，2020年各地區業務收入均實現增長。其中，中國大陸及香港業務收入佔主營業務收入的63.5%，收入同比增長34.1%；北美業務區業務佔主營業務收入的23.2%，收入同比增長10.4%；歐洲及亞洲區業務佔主營業務收入的13.3%，收入同比增長16.7%。
應用領域方面，2020年各應用分類收入均實現增長。其中，智能手機類應用收入佔晶圓代工業務營收的44.4%，收入同比增長21.7%；智能家居類應用佔晶圓代工業務營收的17.1%，收入同比增長22.3%；消費電子類應用佔晶圓代工業務營收的18.2%，收入同比增長6.5%；其他應用類佔晶圓代工業務營收的20.3%，收入同比增長28.3%。
以技術作分界，來自90納米及以下製程的晶圓代工業務營收的比例於2020年為58.1%，而2019年則為50.6%。其中，55/65納米技術的收入貢獻比例由2019年的27.3%增加至2020年的30.5%。28納米及以下技術的收入貢獻比例由2019年的4.3%增加至2020年的9.2%。
年內，經營活動所得現金淨額為16.60億美元，同比增加62.9%。2020年購建固定資產、無形資產和其他長期資產的現金支出為53.09億美元，而2019年為18.84億美元。
2020年，中芯國際先進技術平台研發進展順利。第一代FinFET工藝製造水平逐步提高，進入成熟量產階段，產品良率達到業界標準。多個衍生平台開發按計劃完成，已經實現量產產品多樣化目標。第一代FinFET技術進階版進一步優化了器件性能，提高了集成度，實現芯片性能提升目標。第二代FinFET技術第一次採用了SAQP形成鰭結構以達到更小尺寸結構的需求，相對於前代技術，單位面積晶體管密度大幅度提高。目前中芯國際第二代FinFET技術已經完成低電壓工藝開發，可以提供0.33V/0.35V低電壓使用需求，已經進入風險量產。
同時，中芯國際特色工藝技術研發進展順利，多個技術交付量產，40納米及0.11微米嵌入式非揮發性存儲器平台進入風險量產，其他高壓驅動、特殊存儲技術和圖像傳感項目研發也在穩步進行中。
