東南網架(002135.SZ)：聯合體中標約41.24億元杭州國際博覽中心二期項目EPC總承包
格隆匯 3 月 31日丨東南網架(002135.SZ)公佈，2021年3月31日，杭州市公共資源交易網發佈了“杭州國際博覽中心二期項目(蕭政儲出(2020)8號)地塊EPC總承包中標公吿”，確認公司作為聯合體牽頭人與華東建築設計研究院有限公司，潮峯鋼構集團有限公司組成的聯合體為“杭州國際博覽中心二期項目(蕭政儲出(2020)8號)地塊EPC總承包”的中標單位。該項目中標金額為412405.413萬元人民幣，佔2020年經審計營業收入的44.55%。這是迄今為止公司承接的合同規模最大的EPC總承包項目，該項目的承接使公司的發展邁上了一個新台階。
該項目位於杭州錢江世紀城奧體博覽城核心區，南臨G20峯會主會場杭州國際博覽中心，西望錢江，具有重要的項目區位。藉助“後峯會、前亞運”的空前機遇，杭州國際博覽中心二期擴建將促進以會展為核心，融合相關產業發展的“會展產業園”全新模式，體現了長三角區域一體化戰略和杭州市擁江發展的新理念。公司將緊緊抓住長三角區域一體化發展這一國家戰略帶來的歷史機遇，繼續發揮裝配式鋼結構建築領域的技術優勢和品牌優勢，着力實施“裝配式+EPC總承包”戰略，深耕裝配式EPC總承包市場。
項目概況：項目總建築面積454160㎡，其中地上建築面積261575㎡，包括會展中心、博物館、酒店塔樓(T1)和辦公塔樓(T2)，地下建築面積約192586㎡，建築高度160米，地下3層，地上29層；項目主體結構採用鋼結構，鋼結構最大單跨84米。
該項目是G20國際博覽中心的“姊妹篇”，是集會議展覽、商業、商務、酒店和博物館於一體的建築，既有大跨度結構也有超高層結構，充分展示了公司承接綜合性強、建設要求高，技術難度大的世界一流博覽中心的實力；該項目設計採用“綠色、低碳、節能”技術，大量使用可再生能源，將成為綠色低碳建築的標杆項目，符合國家“碳達峯碳中和”的發展目標；該項目的承接和實施是公司裝配式EPC“學校、醫院、體育場館和大型會展第一品牌”戰略的全面踐行和示範引領，將極大提升公司的影響力和拓展國內國際市場的競爭力。
