思考樂教育(01769.HK)2020全年業績：收入同比增長5.3%至7.49億元，經調整淨利潤9680萬元 超預期
格隆匯 3 月 31日丨 思考樂教育(01769.HK)發佈2020年全年業績，截至2020年12月31日止年度，公司實現收入7.49億元人民幣(下同)，同比增長5.3%；經調整淨利潤9680萬元，同比減少28.9%；擬派末期股息每股12港仙。
作為廣東省前五大K12課外教育服務提供商之一，思考樂教育於疫情期間繼續加強於大灣區、江蘇省及浙江省的戰略發展部署，以提高長遠盈利能力 。截至2020年12月31日止年度，集團的學習中心總數由上年末的100個大幅增加至年底的152個，並在2020年進駐了6個新城市，令集團的學校網絡涵蓋至廣東省、江蘇省及浙江省12個城市 (包括深圳、廣州、東莞、佛山、惠州、江門、中山、珠海、茂名、河源、蘇州及寧波等) 。
雖然本年度受到新型冠狀病毒疫情的影響，但集團迅速應變，並採取「原老師，原學生，原課程，原內容」的教學方式，成功於短時間內把全部線下課程轉為線上授課。同時，集團的輔導課時亦由去年的8,642,000個課時增長18.0%至10,198,000個課時。
隨着疫情漸趨穩定，思考樂教育表示所有的線下學習中心已經於今年6月份全面復課。同時間，思考樂教育迅速把握因疫情為行業帶來的整合機會，全體管理層、校長及老師全力聚焦工作，並取得了理想的成績。二零二一年一月開始的冬季學期的報讀學生人次較二零二零年同期增加超過40%，為集團帶來一個強大的學生基礎，有助提高集團的市場份額。
思考樂教育表示，未來將繼續加強於大灣區、江蘇省及浙江省的戰略發展部署，並以「廣東省作為起點的發展方向」，將集團累積十多年經驗和身經百戰的團隊，複製及輸出到全國的更多地區。此外，思考樂教育高端品牌「鴻盟」高端班於2020年正式成立，為優秀的學員打造專屬的教學高端體系，集團將把「鴻盟」高端班體系推廣到東莞及其他城市，以進一步提升集團的口碑及品牌影響力。
公司預期，思考樂教育的運營模式和管理團隊將可提升集團的競爭優勢，並擴寬集團的學生基數及提高盈利水平。此外，集團將持續加大研究及開發投入，更新開發教材，打造高質量團隊。思考樂教育預期業務將繼續蓬勃發展，為股東帶來更大的回報。
