据报中国考虑设立新交易所以吸引海外公司
《路透社》引述消息人士报道,中国正考虑设立一间证券交易所,以吸引海外上市公司,并提高在岸股票市场的全球地位。
据悉,中国国务院已要求中证监牵头研究如何设计一个交易所,针对在香港及美国等海外市场上市的中国公司,同时亦希望能吸引苹果(AAPL.US)及Tesla(TSLA.US)等跨国公司。
较早时美国证监(SEC)采取新措施,不遵守美国审计标准的中国公司将会被除牌。据悉,有关新交易所的谈判尚处於初期阶段,目前正在讨论的其中一种建议是升级现有的交易所,例如一个於北京的较小型交易所。
消息人士称,北京市政府多年来一直在游说,批准当地的交易所可以实施全国中小企业股份转让系统「新三板」,以便让在美国上市的中国公司回流国内,而中证监及一些政府机构已经研究这种升级安排大约有6个月的时间,最终实行的可能性是一半一半。
