宏安地产(01243.HK)成立合营 购买屯门天生楼多个铺位
宏安集团(01222.HK)及宏安地产(01243.HK)联合公布,宏安地产与合资企业夥伴订立具约束力的条款说明书,合资企业夥伴须按认购价1美元认购合资公司之一股股份,相当於合资公司股权之50%。
双方将各自向合资公司注资500万元,并於4月12日各自注资1,000万元。於认购事项完成後,合资公司之权益现由宏安地产合资企业夥伴拥有50%及由合资企业夥伴拥有50%,而合资公司不再为宏安地产之附属公司。
相关合资公司用以收购屯门乡事会路88号天生楼地下及一楼之11个铺位及若干升降机、升降机大堂以及楼梯,总楼面面积为13,858平方尺,部分铺位已经租出。
