中裕燃氣(03633.HK)全年純利大增145.7%至10.6億港元 末期息7港仙
格隆匯 3 月 31日丨中裕燃氣(03633.HK)公佈截至2020年12月31日止年度全年業績，集團錄得營業額為85.437億港元，按年增長4.9%。營業額增長主要由於“一體三翼”發展戰略積極推進所致。集團整體毛利由2019年19.099億港元增至19.47億港元，毛利率為22.8%。集團擁有人應占溢利按年增加145.7%至10.566億港元。每股基本盈利及每股淨資產分別為39.95港仙及2.27港元。建議派付末期股息每股普通股7港仙。
報吿期內，集團的三大業務分部，即銷售燃氣、燃氣管道建設及接駁以及銷售火爐及提供其他相關服務，分別佔集團2020年營業額的72.4%、17.4%及7.4%。銷售燃氣業務是集團的主要收益貢獻者，也是“一體三翼”發展戰略的主體部分，2020年銷售額達61.84億港元，按年增長6.5%，該業務的增長主要由於集團的客户多元化策略在住宅、工商業客户間取得成功，導致整體客户數目增加所帶動，工商業用户將繼續成為集團於此分部的核心業務。
在燃氣接駁方面，經過過去數年的努力，集團覆蓋區域的燃氣接駁滲透率已達到相對較高的水準。該年度集團新增管道燃氣接駁總數達463,957名客户，集團現有中樞及主幹管道總長度從23,318公里增加至25,456公里，增幅為9.2%。
集團的自有品牌“中裕鳳凰”，為集團豐富業務生態，有效提高客户黏性，“中裕i家”零售平台上線以來銷售情況良好。於本年度，集團加大“中裕鳳凰”推廣力度，透過擴大產品組合及提高品牌知名度，鞏固其零售品牌。透過新線上零售平台，集團得以順應疫情期間的市場變化，支持復工復產，該年度銷售火爐及提供其他相關服務營業額錄得按年增長54.2%，由2019年4.123億港元增加至2020年6.36億港元。
在智慧能源和能源貿易方面，經過一年的努力，集團成本優化取得持續進展，業務經營效益顯著提高，各項經營指標均創新高，多次獲得行業認可。集團相信，智慧能源及能源貿易業務不僅將使集團的收益來源多樣化，更將成為集團綜合能源服務的重要業務模式。
多年來，集團通過把握中國能源改革所帶來的機遇，一直積極拓展業務版圖。截至2020年12月31日，集團的城市管道業務已經遍佈河南、山東、河北、江蘇、安徽、黑龍江、吉林、福建及浙江9個省份，擁有72個特許經營燃氣項目，為約18,777個工商業客户及396萬户住宅用户提供服務。2020年集團天然氣總銷售量亦按年增長15.2%至22.39億立方米，創歷史新高。
