格隆匯 3 月 31日丨川控股(01420.HK)發佈截至2020年12月31日止年度的年度業績公吿,本報吿年度的總收益比上一年同比下降約6.8%至約7240萬新加坡元。報吿年度,毛利轉盈為虧並錄得毛損率約410萬新加坡元及5.6%,而2019年錄得毛利及毛利率分別約590萬新加坡元及7.7%。該減少很大程度主要歸因於建築項目及相關配套服務的收益下降,連同高昂的運營成本以及由於本年度實施阻斷措施控制疫情而導致項目延期產生額外成本所致。基於上述因素的合併影響,集團錄得年度虧損約840萬新加坡元(2019年12月31日:溢利約100萬新加坡元)。於報吿年度,負毛利率約為11.6%(2019年12月31日:正毛利率約1.3%)。
