萬寶盛華(02180.HK)2020年純利升14.7%至1.26億元 末期息0.32港元、分紅率達45%
格隆匯3月31日丨萬寶盛華(02180.HK)公佈2020年度業績，於報吿期間，集團實現總營收32.23億元人民幣(單位下同)，同比增長約6.0%。靈活用工業務分部產生的營收按年增長約12.2%至30.12億元，其中來自中國大陸的靈活用工營收較去年同期增長約28%。
於報吿期間，公司擁有人應占純利增加至1.26億元，按年增長約14.7%。公司擁有人應占經調整純利於計及一次性開支後錄得1.36億元，與去年基本一致。董事建議派發截至2020年12月31日止年度的末期股息每股0.32港元(相當於每股0.27元)，分紅率約為45%。
公吿稱，營收增加歸因於靈活用工產生的營收由2019年度的26.85億元增加至2020年度的30.12億元，主要由於報吿期間獲介紹職業的合約員工人數增加所致。
集團繼續擴大其於中國大陸的服務範圍，尤其是靈活用工業務。集團於報吿期間進一步擴大其靈活用工業務的規模。於報吿期間獲介紹職業的合約員工總數由2019年底的約3.40萬人增加13.2%至2020年底的3.85萬人，其中於中國大陸獲介紹職業的合約員工總人數增長約27%。
於報吿期間，集團進一步精簡中國大陸的地區經營架構，以加快向華南、華中及華西地區的低滲透率地區(例如武漢)擴展，並鞏固上海、北京、廣州及香港等一線城市的強大市場地位。此外，集團加強其於新經濟及科技領域的業務拓展能力，其五大客户均屬該領域，該領域的客户數量按年增長19%。於報吿期間，集團繼續致力於發展現有客户，來自五大客户的營收貢獻增加約33.8%，佔報吿期間總營收約33.8%。
數字化及科技的應用帶來人力資源需求不斷演變。基於此趨勢併為了履行集團提供創新人力資源解決方案及行業領先產品的承諾，集團於2020年推出一體化人力資源科技平台“職場+”，將各種技術產品嵌入三個人力資源科技平台，並將該等平台與集團內部營運技術平台整合，以優化經營效率，使不同業務線之間創造更多協同效應。
