愛帝宮(00286.HK)年度實現收入6.01億港元 將持續專注發展月子服務業務
愛帝宮(00286.HK)發佈全年業績公吿，截至2020年12月31日止年度，實現收入約6.012億港元。2020年疫情期間，集團月子服務業務保持正常運營，因防疫要求，集團拒收了某些潛在高風險客户，以及部分已預訂的香港客户因通關隔離規定而無法前來深圳。與此同時，因“愛帝宮”品牌月子中心從創始店就開始實施高標準的感染防控方案，以及堅決迅速地實行高標準的防疫措施，獲得了媽媽們的高度認可，令媽媽及其家人們認為疫情期間入住“愛帝宮”月子中心比家裏更安全，把“愛帝宮”看成她們疫情期間的避風港，部分入住客户也提出了續住需求。
於本年度，月子服務業務實現營收約5.78億港元。淨利潤同比增長3.4%至約1.08億港元。在較穩定的入住水平下，有助公司進一步加強精細化管理以提升效益，由此仍能保持穩定的利潤水平。疫情期間，即使許多服務業都停止營業，但由於月子服務業的剛需特質，深圳愛帝宮所有的月子中心都嚴格執行國家有關部門頒佈的防禦措施，一直正常營業運作。
“愛帝宮”品牌月子中心是直營的月子中心，定位高端，已形成由專家團隊提供的多對一專業照護體系，“愛帝宮”品牌月子中心提供的月子服務包括五大業務，一是月子期的母嬰基礎照護服務，包括由專崗護士24小時照護母嬰，向媽媽提供由營養師定製的個性化月子餐，專崗護士向寶寶提供游泳撫觸，聽覺視覺開發等早教內容，向媽媽傳授科學專業的育兒知識；其他四大業務包括產後康復，瑜伽塑形，乳房管理及寶寶攝影。產後康復業務是通過修復，幫助媽媽全面康復；瑜伽塑形業務是由瑜伽師教導媽媽通過瑜伽鍛鍊快速安全地重塑身形；乳房管理業務是由通乳師幫助媽媽解決母乳餵養遇到的問題；寶寶攝影業務包括寶寶的拍照及攝影。
愛帝宮經過14年發展，已服務超過2萬名媽媽，獲得無數好評，已鑄造了愛帝宮的核心能力—“母嬰健康照護體系”，其中包括9大服務體系，1,300個母嬰健康照護操作要點，及以此為標準的信息化軟件“月子中心管理系統”，通過此係統，能有效提高月子中心的運營管理效率及服務品質，這將大大有助於公司進一步全國快速複製擴張。
於2020年12月31日，深圳愛帝宮集團的銀行及現金結餘約為7973.7萬港元(2019年：5381.8萬港元)。月子服務業務為集團帶來非常強勁的銷售、利潤增長以及持續豐富的現金流。未來，集團將持續專注發展月子服務業務。月子服務業務利潤逆勢增長，集團更堅定地相信已經獲得認可，高品質，安全專業，具有品牌效應的月子中心將具備更強的抗風險能力。新店擴張可望逐步加速，集團將抓住行業集中度提升的機會，發揮領先企業的優勢，進一步搶佔市場份額。未來10年是月子服務行業發展的黃金10年，集團將專注月子服務，加速月子中心的全國布點，進一步擴大月子服務市場全國覆蓋。
