中國內地靈活用工業務持續快速增長。集團的靈活用工業務營業收入同比增長12.2%，其中中國內地靈活用工業務錄得約28%的強勁增長。於期內，集團進一步優化中國內地的地區營運架構，加快向華南，華中及華西(例如武漢等城市)的擴張，並鞏固集團在上海，北京，廣州和香港等一線城市的市場領導地位。集團外包員工總數由2019年的約3.4萬人增加約13.2%至2020年12月31日的約3.85萬人，其中中國內地外包員工數量同比增加27%，靈活用工業務市場潛力和發展前景巨大，集團將繼續保持在市場上的領導地位。
卓越現金流管理能力，有效抵禦市場風險。經營淨現金流期內同比增長145.1%至人民幣2.73億元。截止2020年12月31日，公司賬面現金達人民幣10.69億元，較去年同期增加13.1%。集團現金儲備充裕，在目前全球經濟不確定的市況下，能夠有效抵禦經濟週期所帶來的風險。
深挖新經濟類客户潛力，科技平台優化運營效率。新經濟和科技領域的客户數量較2019年年底增加了約19%，集團前五大客户均為新經濟和科技類客户。期內，來自前五大客户的營收貢獻增加約33.8%，佔期內總營收約33.8%。同時，為順應數字化及科技化帶來的人力資源發展趨勢，集團於2020年推出一體化人力資源科技平台“職場+”，旨在將多種科技產品嵌入到職場科技平台中，並與集團內部運營科技平台進行整合，以優化不同業務線之間的運營效率和協同效應。截至2020年12月，人才服務平台“天天U才”上活躍用户的數量達到每月3.3萬個，新職位發佈的數量達到8600個。數字化及AI驅動招聘平台“天天U單”在2020年發佈了3500個職位，一站式員工福利平台“天天U福”錄得超過1.5萬位註冊用户。
戰略投資加速數字化解決方案及產品的開發。集團於2020年12月收購了中瑞方勝金融服務外包(北京)有限公司45%的股權。集團相信，本次收購將進一步增強公司於金融領域的服務能力，加快公司薪酬及税務服務領域的數字化解決方案及產品的開發，促進公司一體化人力資源科技平台“職場+”的發展，為企業客户及其僱員提供一站式全面人力資源解決方案。
