火岩控股(01909.HK)公布年度业绩 纯利大增65.2% 有九款在研游戏
格隆汇3月30日丨火岩控股(01909.HK)公布，截至2020年12月31日止年度，公司收入为约人民币5.21亿元，增幅为约71.3%；毛利为约人民币4.8亿元，增幅为约68.9%；年内利润为约人民币3.45亿元，增幅为约65.2%；董事会建议派付末期股息每股0.05208港元。
期间移动设备游戏的收入约为人民币4.97亿元，同比增长约67.0%，移动设备游戏收入占收入总额的比重达到了95.5%；利润由截至2019年的约人民币2.09亿元增加65.2%至截至2020年的约人民币3.45亿元。
从产品来看，于2020年，集团陆续商业化推出了《超级弹弹弹》系列、《丛林秘宝》系列及《猎牛达人》系列三款移动设备版游戏系列产品，并将《星战纪》系列的移动设备版（于二零一九年七月暂停营运）重新授权给营运商；及将《斗地主游戏AI系统》以及《佳朋鲎游戏后台运营管理系统》两款计算机软件授权许可给合作伙伴等企业使用，进一步扩大了公司的产品组合和使我们的收入来源多样化。
2020年，公司坚持公司的研发能力和优势，很好地把握了全球移动设备游戏快速增长的机遇，加强了游戏研发的投入，研发了七款品质优良、玩法创新的移动设备游戏和两款网页游戏，并对现有游戏进行持续的优化更新。并基于强有力的技术积累和研发创新能力，于年内商业化推出了三款移动设备游戏系列产品，从而扩大了公司的游戏组合；同时公司还开发了两款计算机软件产品，进一步使公司的收入来源多样化。
截至2020年12月31日止，公司还有九款在研的游戏系列产品，即《战斗细胞》系列（暂定名）、《智力弹球》系列（暂定名）、《东海降魔》系列（暂定名）、《捕鱼大乱斗之龙族秘宝》系列（暂定名）、《风凌天下之武林盟主》系列（暂定名）、《XY3》系列（暂定名）、《TD》系列（暂定名）、《南美大厅》系列（暂定名）及《印尼大听》系列（暂定名）。
公司表示，在主营业务方面，集团将继续加强研发方面的实力，以开发更高品质、生命周期更长及类型创新的精品游戏；升级及优化现有游戏，并将持续投入重要资源於移动设备游戏的研发；此外，集团计划在未来加大研发力度，深度挖掘玩家的游戏偏好需求，开创独有的风格与内容，利用H5技术或者其他崭新技术开发出更优质的网页游戏产品，以保持在网页游戏研发方面拥有的核心实力；另外，集团将积极研判对行业有重大变革影响的创新技术或新概念（如区块链技术），将投入相应资源开展区块链技术的研发，以开发出别具特色玩法的区块链游戏，并藉此积累相关技术和人才，进而布局行业生态领域的区块链应用，巩固集团的研发优势。
在立足于国内市场的基础上，公司将积极拓展海外市场，以将公司的游戏推广至新的有潜力地区及区域，不断巩固全球主要市场的地位，将竞争力提升至更高层次。
