格隆匯 3 月 31日丨勵晶太平洋(00575.HK)公佈,截至2020年12月31日止年度,公司收益為169.1萬美元,同比增長134.21%;公司股東應占虧損為2439.5萬美元,同比收窄63.06%;基本每股虧損為1.31美仙。
公吿稱,公司股東應占虧損約2440萬美元,主要是由於:(i)無形資產的攤銷費用約1941萬美元(屬非現金項目);(ii)收購DLI產生的無形資產商譽減值虧損570萬美元(屬非現金項目);及(iii)集團營運支出約762萬美元;惟被(iv)無形資產FortacinTM的減值虧損撥回約613萬美元;及(v)公司股本投資組合內之透過損益賬按公允價值處理之金融資產之未變現按市值計價收益約46萬美元略為抵銷。
