重慶銀行(01963.HK)擬發行不超130億元A股可轉債
格隆匯 3 月 31日丨重慶銀行(01963.HK)公佈,該行擬向中國證監會申請,在中國境內向不特定對象公開發行募集資金總額不超過人民幣130億元(含130億元)的A股可轉債。建議公開發行A股可轉債將會根據特別授權發行,尚需股東大會及類別股東會議批准,並需重慶銀保監局及中國證監會核准。
該行此次發行A股可轉債募集的資金,扣除發行費用後將全部用於支持本行未來各項業務健康發展,在可轉債轉股後按照相關監管要求用於補充本行核心一級資本。
