格隆匯 3 月 30日丨中聯重科(01157.HK)公吿，截至2020年12月31日止年度的全年業績，收入為人民幣651.09億元，較2019年增加人民幣218.02億元(即50.34%)。2020年歸屬於公司股東的年度利潤為人民幣72.96億元，較2019年增加人民幣29.15億元(即66.54%)。2020年基本每股收益為人民幣97.75分，與2019年基每股收益人民幣58.30分相比增加人民幣39.45分。2020年攤薄每股收益為人民幣96.73分，與2019年攤薄每股收益人民幣57.92分相比增加人民幣38.81分。董事會建議2020年末期股利為每股人民幣0.32元。

公司是首家主導制定國際標準的國內工程機械企業，國際標準化註冊專家已增至17人，新發布國際、國家、行業等外部標準17項，在研33項，國際標準ISO21573-2：2020《建築施工機械與設備混凝土泵第2部分：技術參數的測試方法》獲正式發佈，至此，公司已正式發佈國際標準3項；制修訂和實施4.0企業標準348項，公司主導產品實現了4.0標準全覆蓋；"湖南省工程機械標準創新中心"落户中聯。全年申請專利近800件，其中發明專利佔比近50%，獲授權專利350件，其中發明專利授權168件，累計授權發明專利有效數機械行業排名第一；"氣壓可調式油氣懸架系統及其氣壓調節方法和工程車輛"發明專利獲中國專利銀獎、"一種工程機械臂架控制方法、裝置及系統"發明專利獲湖南省專利獎一等獎。公司再次入選2020年中國企業專利實力500強榜單，綜合得分行業第一。
