格隆匯 3 月 30日丨巨濤海洋石油服務(03303.HK)公吿，截至2020年12月31日止年度的全年業績，營業額較上年增長107.15%至人民幣36.47億元；毛利較上年增長39.79%至人民幣4.48億元；公司擁有人應占溢利較上年增長3216.27%至人民幣1.47億元；每股基本及每股攤薄盈利分別為人民幣0.0898元及人民幣0.0898元；董事會建議派付截至2020年12月31日止年度的末期股息每股0.22港元。
集團立足能源行業，為客户提供包括高端裝備製造以及工程服務在內的綜合服務，在模塊化建造業務方面具有成熟的施工經驗和優秀業績。過去一年，集團總體工作量為歷年最高水平，除海上技術服務業務外，蓬萊和珠海兩個場地共運營項目22個，其中17個項目建造完成並順利出貨，項目按時交付率達到100%。
跟隨全球低碳發展戰略和行動，集團近年來憑藉在海洋工程模塊領域的業務優勢以及工程經驗，積極推進向清潔能源以及煉化等領域的業務轉型和戰略部署。2020年6月，珠海場地成功獲得為一歐洲海上風電場項目供應50套海上風電裝備的大型項目訂單，以及簽訂了為海上石油浮式儲油輪(FPSO)提供模塊建造等合約，總金額超過人民幣20億元。
年內，集團高效地執行了北美GCGV天然氣化工廠的核心工藝模塊建造，以及位於北極地區的ArcticLNG2液化天然氣項目生產線的核心模塊建造等大型項目。該等大型核心模塊建造項目的規模、複雜性在行業內屈指可數，模塊化設計和建造充滿挑戰。大型複雜工藝模塊建造涉及多工序、多專業施工。在模塊並行建造、密集交付的形勢下，其加工設計、材料供應、項目管理、建造管理、人力、場地資源等都面臨非常艱鉅的考驗。場地項目人員與客户深入澄清和探討，對設計、材料供應、各專業施工的諸多重難點進行全面剖析，優化建造和施工方案，全力保障項目各項工作順利進行。
截止2020年12月末，GCGV大型天然氣化工廠模塊建造項目已累計完成超過97%的總體進度，年內九船產品均已提前或按時完成了交付。ArcticLNG2項目於下半年開啟模塊總裝，項目進度受到疫情影響有所後延，全年完成超過20%的總體進度，而歐洲海上風電裝備項目也在按計劃準備分批交付。
於2020年末，集團待執行的訂單合約總值約為40億元人民幣。集團實行創新的健康安全環保管理模式，通過資源整合，縮短管理流程，降低管理成，提高了項目健康安全環保管理工作的效率和品質。2020年度，集團實現超過2800萬安全工時，且蓬萊場地20萬工時事故頻率及20萬工時事故嚴重度均為零，創歷史最好水準，獲得多個客户的最佳安全建造場地等獎牌。
