新力控股集團(02103.HK)公佈年度業績 總合約銷售額達1137.36億元 淨資產負債比率降至63.6%
格隆匯3月30日丨新力控股集團(02103.HK)發佈公吿，截至2020年12月31日止年度，公司總收益同比增長約4.0%至人民幣280.69億元，年內溢利於2020年創歷史新高，同比增長約1.2%至人民幣20.4億元。董事會建議末期股息為每股人民幣14分。
該年度，集團總合約銷售額及應占權益合約銷售額錄得新高，分別為人民幣1137.36億元及人民幣504.2億元，同比分別增長約24.4%及11.8%，主要是由於集團平均銷售價格上升所致。應占權益合約銷售額分佈在全國四大區域，其中江西省佔約30.8%，大灣區佔約23.9%，長江三角區佔約28.7%及華中華西核心城市及其他高增長潛力地區佔約16.6%。
截至2020年12月31日，公司應占的總土地儲備達到約1,521萬平方米，發展規模和土地儲備保持快速增長。從土地儲備分佈來看，江西省、長三角、大灣區及其他中西部核心城市權益面積分別佔到30.7%，20.1%，32.6%及16.6%。按可售面積計，85.6%的土儲分佈在一二線城市。
在2020年，公司通過招拍掛與收併購獲取了35項目，權益地價人民幣157.4億元，總規劃建築面積達580萬平方米，項目分佈在各個區域，其中6.5%在華中華西及其他區域，21.1%在長江三角區，50.9%在江西省，21.5%在大灣區，分佈在21個城市，其中一二線城市新增土儲面積佔比達78.6%。
於2020年12月31日，現金及銀行結餘為人民幣175.35億元，同比增長約5.6%。淨資產負債比率降低3.4個百分點至2020年12月31日的63.6%。
公司表示，新力控股未來發展的戰略佈局堅定從四大區域佈局，以一、二線城市為主、強三線城市發展為輔，以深耕的方式把四個區域做大，使品牌落地獲得更多的機會和發展空間。集團將繼續保持穩健、有質量的增長，提高運營能力，通過銷售回款來拓展企業的發展。進一步建立銀行總對總戰略合作，優化債務年期，集團會採取謹慎的財務政策，通過多種融資管道積極減低槓桿，控制三條紅線等方面處在合理水平。
