农行(01288.HK)料今年息差仍受压 盈利将稳中改善
农行(01288.HK)去年净利息收益率按年收窄3点子至2.2%。该行副董事长兼行长张青松於记者会上表示,去年净息差受压是行业趋势,主要由於LPR下降,及支持实体经济及普惠金融而拉低贷款成本。
他指,该行去年控制存款成本,主动调整存款结构,致存款付息率降6点子至1.53%。不过他指,今年净息差仍面临一定压力,在现行相对稳定LPR下,首季的房贷定价下降2至3个点子。今年将续强化贷款差异化风险定价、调整贷款结构及占整体收入比重。
至於今年盈利表现,他料将受惠於持续复苏的内地经济,盈利有望稳中改善。
