格隆匯 3 月 30日丨萬洲國際(00288.HK)發佈截至2020年12月31日止年度全年業績公吿,期內肉製品及豬肉銷量分別下跌2.1%及6.6%;收入上升6.2%至255.89億美元;經營利潤減少14.9%至17.29億美元;公司擁有人應占利潤(生物公允價值調整前)減少29.4%至9.73億美元;每股基本盈利6.60美仙;擬派末期股息每股0.125港元。

公吿表示,肉製品分部一直是集團的核心業務,佔集團2020年經營利潤的86.7%(2019年:77.5%),併為集團2020年貢獻收入47.5%(2019年:51.2%)。集團的豬肉分部佔集團於2020年經營利潤的19.7%(2019年:28.1%),為集團貢獻收入48.1%(2019年:45.7%)。按區域而言,中國業務在2020年分別佔集團收入及經營利潤的42.3%及65.9%(2019年:36.3%及47.1%)。美國業務在2020年對集團收入及經營利潤的貢獻分別為48.3%及24.0%(2019年:54.6%及45.9%)。集團其餘的收入及經營利潤則來自集團在歐洲的業務。

2020年,集團肉製品的銷量下跌2.1%至327.6萬公噸。在中國,由於新冠病毒爆發初期消費市場放緩及生產滯後,年內的銷量較2019年下跌0.9%。與此同時,集團正繼續通過推出新產品、拓展新銷售渠道及增加營銷投入來實現產品結構轉型。受“辣嗎辣香腸”、“火炫風刻花香腸及“無澱粉王中王”等數款備受歡迎的產品所帶動,集團的新產品於年內錄得可觀增長。在美國,由於新冠病毒限制了社交及用膳活動,從而影響了餐飲服務業的需求,故2020年的銷量下跌4.4%。過往,餐飲服務渠道佔集團於美國肉製品銷量約四分之一。而於2020年,有關渠道的銷量下跌接近30%。儘管集團致力將銷量引導至其他渠道,集團未能完全緩解總銷量的下跌。在歐洲,受惠於集團新增生產線以擴充產能,集團的銷量上升3.2%。

此外,2020年的生豬屠宰總量為4,663.0萬頭,較2019年的屠宰總量下降13.3%。而豬肉的外部銷量為394.6萬公噸,較去年減少6.6%,該減少由集團在中國及美國的業務所致,但被集團歐洲業務的增長彌補了部分的跌幅。豬肉收入於2020年上升11.6%至122.96億美元,此由於中國及歐洲的收入增長所致。在中國,收入較去年上升28.5%,原因是豬肉價格上升的影響超過銷量下跌。在歐洲,收入上升11.7%,則主要是因為銷量增長。另一方面,美國的收入下跌3.3%,此主要由於產量及銷量減少。
