兑吧(01753.HK)公佈年度業績 SaaS收入大增140% 銀行新籤合約升至203份
格隆匯3月30日丨兑吧(01753.HK)公佈，截至2020年12月31日止年度，公司收入合計達10.7億元人民幣，其中用户運營SaaS平台業務收入達8067萬元，同比增長140%。公司是中國領先的用户運營SaaS服務供應商及互動式效果廣吿運營商。其為金融、互聯網等行業的數萬家客户提供用户增長、活躍留存及流量變現的全週期運營服務。
於2020年12月31日，832名付費客户（2019年：645名）使用了集團的付費服務，包括251名金融行業客户（2019年：71名）及581名其他行業客户（2019年：574名）。於2019年12月31日的付費客户中約有19.2%於截至2020年12月31日止年度並未獲留存。截至2020年12月31日止年度，新籤合約（包括續簽合約）的總價值為人民幣1.04億元（2019年：人民幣4340萬元）。
同時，於2020年下半年公司的用户運營SaaS業務保持強勁的增長勢頭，於2020年下半年，公司新籤合約（包括續簽合約）的總價值達人民幣6440萬元，且用户運營SaaS業務所產生的收入為人民幣5230萬元，較該年上半年分別增加62.6%及84.5%。其中，於2020年下半年與銀行客户的新籤合約（包括續簽合約）總價值達人民幣2730萬元，較該年上半年增加84.5%。
公司線下企業用户運營SaaS業務的銷售及營銷戰略是積極發掘與零售、餐飲、銀行及新媒體等多個行業頂尖品牌的合作機會。於2020年，公司在擴大公司的銀行客户羣方面持續取得突破。公司於2020年與銀行客户的新籤合約（包括續簽合約）總數為203份（2019年：65份），總價值為人民幣4210萬元（2019年：人民幣970萬元）。
此外，截至2020年12月31日止年度，集團已在7,220個（2019年度：6929個）內容分發渠道（主要包括移動App）投放互動式效果廣吿，集團互動式效果廣吿業務服務的終端廣吿主（通過廣吿代理商客户或作為我們的直接客户）為3,902名。
公司表示，此次COVID-19疫情對未來經濟帶來的一個深遠的影響－企業正進一步加大對數字化轉型升級的投入，尤其是主體業務仍主要依賴於線下場景和渠道的行業，其中銀行業則是一個典型代表，COVID-19疫情期間線下網點無法營業、客户經理無法拜訪客户，極大影響了其業務的正常開展。線上用户運營和線上新用户場景的打造，成為了各大銀行極為迫切的業務升級需求。集團將長期深耕垂直行業的用户運營SaaS業務，不斷升級、創新公司的產品服務，為銀行、零售等行業創造更大的長期價值。
