中國銀行(601988.SH)：2020年度淨利升2.92%至1928.7億元 擬10派1.97元
格隆匯3月30日丨中國銀行(601988.SH)公佈2020年年度報吿，2020年，集團實現營收5655.31億元；淨利潤2050.96億元，同比增加32.05億元，增長1.59%；實現歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤1,928.70億元，同比增加54.65億元，增長2.92%。平均總資產回報率(ROA)0.87%，淨資產收益率(ROE)10.61%。擬每10股1.97元人民幣(税前)。
2020年，集團實現利息淨收入4,159.18億元，同比增加258.68億元，增長6.63%。其中，利息收入7,600.70億元，同比增加20.63億元，增長0.27%；利息支出3,441.52億元，同比減少238.05億元，下降6.47%。
2020年，客户貸款利息收入5,503.54億元，同比增加169.89億元，增長3.19%，主要是客户貸款規模增加帶動。投資利息收入1,505.53億元，同比減少45.73億元，下降2.95%，主要是投資收益率下降所致。存放中央銀行及存拆放同業利息收入591.63億元，同比減少103.53億元，下降14.89%，主要是存放中央銀行及存拆放同業收益率下降所致。
2020年，客户存款利息支出2,584.39億元，同比減少108.85億元，下降4.04%，主要是存款付息率下降所致。同業及其他金融機構存放和拆入款項利息支出499.94億元，同比減少176.97億元，下降26.14%，主要是同業及其他金融機構存放和拆入款項付息率下降所致。發行債券利息支出357.19億元，同比增加47.77億元，增長15.44%，主要是發行債券規模增加所致。
2020年，集團淨息差為1.85%，同比下降4個基點，主要是受貸款市場報價利率(LPR)下行以及美聯儲降息等因素影響，資產端收益率下行。與此同時，本行持續優化資產負債結構，一方面加強負債成本管控，主動壓降高成本存款，集團付息負債平均利率同比下降27個基點。另一方面加大中長期貸款投放力度，努力緩解資產收益率下行的影響。中國內地人民幣中長期貸款平均餘額在中國內地人民幣客户貸款中的佔比同比提升1.43個百分點。
年末中國銀行業金融機構總資產319.7萬億元，較上年末增長10.1%；總負債293.1萬億元，較上年末增長10.2%。商業銀行全年累計實現淨利潤1.94萬億元；年末不良貸款餘額2.7萬億元，不良貸款率1.84%。
