格隆匯 3 月 30日丨中國銀行(03988.HK)公佈截至2020年12月31日止年度業績，2020年，該行營業收入為人民幣5676.47億元(單位下同)，同比增長3.21%；營業利潤為人民幣2462.20億元，同比微降1.35%；該行股東應享税後利潤為人民幣1928.70億元，同比增長2.92%，基本每股收益為人民幣0.61元，擬10派1.97元(税前)。平均總資產回報率(ROA)0.87%，淨資產收益率(ROE)10.61%。
2020年，集團實現淨利息收入4,159.18億元，同比增加258.68億元，增長6.63%。其中，利息收入7,600.70億元，同比增加20.63億元，增長0.27%；利息支出3,441.52億元，同比減少238.05億元，下降6.47%。
2020年，集團實現非利息收入1,517.29億元，同比減少82.31億元，下降5.15%。非利息收入在營業收入中的佔比為26.73%。
集團實現手續費及佣金收支淨額755.22億元，同比增加17.10億元，增長2.32%，在營業收入中的佔比為13.30%。主要是該行積極把握資本市場發展機遇，代銷基金及託管等業務收入實現較快增長。
集團實現其他非利息收入762.07億元，同比減少99.41億元，下降11.54%。主要是受市場價格變化等因素影響，該行淨交易收益同比減少。
2020年末，集團資產總計24.40萬億元，比上年末增加1.63萬億元，增長7.17%。集團負債合計22.24萬億元，比上年末增加1.45萬億元，增長6.96%。年末集團客户貸款總額14.22萬億元，比上年末增加1.15萬億元，增長8.78%。其中，人民幣貸款總額11.34萬億元，比上年末增加1.19萬億元，增長11.72%。外幣貸款總額摺合4,410.01億美元，比上年末增加225.15億美元，增長5.38%。
2020年末，集團不良貸款總額2,072.73億元，比上年末增加290.38億元，不良貸款率1.46%，比上年末上升0.09個百分點。集團貸款減值準備餘額3,686.19億元，比上年末增加426.96億元。不良貸款撥備覆蓋率177.84%，比上年末下降5.02個百分點。中國內地機構不良貸款總額1,899.85億元，比上年末增加200.34億元，不良貸款率1.65%，與上年末持平。集團關注類貸款餘額2,645.94億元，比上年末減少247.20億元，佔貸款餘額的1.87%，比上年末下降0.35個百分點。
