格隆匯3月30日丨華資實業(600191.SH)公佈,2021年3月30日公司召開第八屆董事會第六次會議,通過了《關於減持部分華夏銀行股票》的議案。董事會同意根據市場行情,通過上海證券交易系統減持公司所持有的部分華夏銀行(600015.SH)股票,數量不超過800萬股,資金主要用於公司生產經營。
截至還是公吿日,公司持有華夏銀行股票6950.40萬股,佔華夏銀行總股本的0.45%,全部為無限售流通股,股票不存在受限情況。
