《大行报告》高盛料邮储行(01658.HK)今明两年纯利各升逾一成 续列确信买入名单
高盛发表研究报告,指邮储银行(01658.HK)去年末季拨备前盈利、税後纯利按年分别升1%及71%,季内拨备按年减少37%,意味去年拨备前盈利按年持平,税後纯利按年升5%,年度拨备按年减少9%。报告称,在内生资本生成下,料今年邮储行净息差改善,资产质素稳定。
该行料邮储行今明两年纯利分别升13%及15%,股本回报率各12%,普通股权资本充足率料11%及10.8%。该行维持予邮储行「买入」评级,H股并列入确信买入名单,目标价9.32元。
